Long flowering perennial, Allium millenium, is a great little clump forming plant with slender, deep green foliage mounds to 30cm tall. Unlike many Alliums, this cultivar keeps its foliage throughout the flowering period from December to April. Drought tolerant and very attractive. The light-purple, round flowering balls stand out above the foliage and repeat flower very well.
