Cerastium tomentosum, also known as 'Snow in Summer' is an easy care, quick growing ground cover with soft-silvery foliage. It grows to only 10cm tall and will spread to an easy square metre within a season. In mid- to late Spring it is covered in hundreds of small, clear white flowers giving it the 'covered in snow' appearance. Drought-tolerant and happy growing in full-sun to part-shade. Virtually no maintenence required.
