Teucrium marum is a great little indestructible shrub. Growing into a compact, soft-silver mound it can be incorporated into a perennial planting or used as a hedge or feature planting. In early Summer the silver mound is covered in masses of small pink flowers which arise from short spikes just above the foliage. It has aromatic foliage and thrives in hot, dry, sunny locations. Growing into a natural bun shape to around 40cm tall and wide, it can be clipped almost as hard as you like to form neat spheres.
